DEVELOPMENT HABITS
Review game video — watch your own games; spot one thing to fix and one thing to keep doing
Track CityPlay sensor stats — distance, sprints, intensity; compete with yourself every week
Practice at home — touches on the ball every day, even 15 minutes; juggling, wall passes, both feet
TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY
Stretch before and after every training and every game — warm up properly, cool down properly
Rehab injuries the right way — don't rush back; do the full plan so it doesn't come back worse
